Home-Made Cable RJ11 / RS232 (DB9) for Niko PC-Link

If you do not have an original cable RJ11 / RS232 to communicate with your Niko PC-Link, do not panic, there is always the “D” system, the Home Made 😀

What you need :

  • An RJ11 cable with 4 wires, it’s the standard cable used for telephony;
  • An old cable with a female RS232 connector or a new RS232 plug.

To connect this cable to a PC you have the choice, or you have a PC with a RS232 input, or you need a RS232-USB adapter, for example :
